- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You must not share your account or let others use your credentials.
- You must notify the Work Manager immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- One account per person is permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the portal for any unlawful purpose

5. Member Content
You own the personal information you submit. By providing it, you grant DHSACA permission to store and display it as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your profile accurate and up to date.
6. Privacy Controls
You control what other members see via the privacy toggles in your profile: phone, email, employment, and address. You may also hide yourself entirely from the directory. The Work Manager, Accountant, Board, and Super Admin have access as described in the Privacy Policy for administrative purposes.
7. Financial Contributions

- Receipts are issued automatically and are the official record of payment.
- Refunds are at the discretion of the Board.
8. Events and Meetings
- RSVPs are treated as a commitment to attend where reasonably possible.
- Quorum thresholds for General Assembly meetings are set by the Association's rule book.
- The Board may cancel or reschedule events; members will be notified.
9. Intellectual Property
The DHSACA name, logo, and the content of this portal are the property of the Association. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.
10. Suspension and Termination
DHSACA may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, for non-payment of dues where required, or for any behaviour that harms other members or the Association. You may close your own account at any time by contacting the Work Manager.
11. Disclaimers
The portal is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. While we take security seriously, no internet-based service can be perfectly secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHSACA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Oromia Region.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the Work Manager via the contact page.
